Who we are

BirthHour sells astrology and numerology reports as digital products (PDF by email) and, for the printed poster, as a physical product. Contact: hello@birthhour.com.

What the product is — and isn't

Reports are calculated from real astronomical ephemerides and written with the help of a language model under editorial rules. Astrology and numerology are symbolic traditions without empirical validation; our texts describe tendencies and questions, never events, and are offered for reflection and entertainment.

Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and it does not replace qualified professionals. Reports are for people aged 16 or over.

Purchases and delivery

Prices are shown in euros, VAT included where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Digital reports are typically delivered by email within a few hours. Because each report is personalised and generated on order, the EU right of withdrawal for digital content supplied immediately applies as provided by law: by ordering you consent to immediate supply. If a report fails to arrive or is defective, write to us and we will regenerate or refund it.

Personal data (GDPR)

What we collect: name, email, birth date, birth time, birth place — because the product is calculated from them — plus order records, and first-party, cookieless page-view statistics (path, device class, referrer domain, a random session key). No advertising trackers, no third-party cookies.

Legal bases: performance of a contract (generating and delivering your reading), consent (the free reading form), and legitimate interest (aggregate site statistics).

Where it lives: Supabase (EU region) for data, Stripe for payments. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising.

Retention: order data as long as required by tax law; free-reading leads until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights: access, rectification, deletion, portability and objection — email us and we will act within 30 days. You may also complain to your supervisory authority (in Portugal, the CNPD).

Reports are licensed to you for personal use. Journal articles may be quoted with attribution and a link.
